Alumni: Lorenz Minder

Lorenz Minder obtained his Master of Science as well as his PhD in Applied Mathematics from Ecole Polytechnique Federale de Lausanne (EPFL) in Switzerland.  His research interests include cryptography, coding theory and algorithms.  Prior to joining ICSI, Lorenz was a postdoc in the Computer Science department at the University of California, Berkeley, and thereafter worked for Qualcomm on various data transfer and storage related research projects for several years.
