Here comes a presentation about speech technology in practice: See how a phone access traffic information system works. Learn how speech technology can support a call center agent even during a phone call. Listen how a synthetic voice is built and how natural it can sound. Another part of the presentation shows how speech technology solutions are being tailored to individual needs. The linguistic experts of German SpeechConcept offer the entire portfolio and the option to combine as desired. Their SpeechAgent application closes the gap between human and machine dialogues.
